When will I be charged?
For candidates, the $9.95 fee is charged at the beginning of each 6-month period, but is currently waived during our beta period. For employers and recruiters, the $99 per seat is charged monthly, with additional fees only applied when you request candidate details or make a successful hire.
How does the hiring fee work?
When you hire a candidate through Vetta, we charge either 15% of the annual salary for positions over $100,000, or a flat $5,000 fee for positions under $100,000. This fee is only charged after a successful hire is made.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For employers and recruiters, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
